Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, Riesling
At Barbara Thomas Wines, we are passionate about sharing the best that the earth has to offer, and this passion is equaled by our love for the Earth itself. Because the making of the finest wine begins with nurturing the earth it grows in, these two passions come together in harmony in the expression of Barbara Thomas Wines.
We offer Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris and a White Table Wine from a proprietary blend. We will soon be adding a Red Table Wine and a Riesling.
While we are not currently certified as organic or biodynamic by any outside agency, we have a sustainable and eco-friendly farming philosophy, and use only natural farming methods in the vineyard. We carefully choose only certified organic sprays, and we never use systemic herbicides or pesticides. We also use healthy compost, elemental preparations, compost teas, and other natural vineyard management methods so we can feel confident as our children and livestock roam and play in our vineyard.
Our vineyard produces deeply structured wines with a characteristic spicy minerality, along with aromatic and flavor components of dark fruit, tobacco, cola, and anise in our Pinot Noir; tropical fruit, pear, and apricot in our Pinot Gris.
100% estate-grown fruit, with the exception of our proprietary white table blend.
